Install AnyDesk
Please follow the instructions below to install AnyDesk. After installation, submit your AnyDesk ID on the form on the right.
Download the AnyDesk client application from: HERE
Once the download is complete, install the client.
Run the client to complete the installation process.
After installation, open the application and select “Install AnyDesk on this device.” Follow the provided instructions.
Uncheck “Install AnyDesk Printer” and click “Accept & Install.”
Copy the ID displayed along with your server credentials (provided by your IT company) and enter it in your Archy settings under Settings > Onboarding > Server Access.
