What to expect

The dental front office is evolving. Phones, scheduling, patient communication, insurance coordination, and data management are no longer handled by a single person at the desk. Today’s most successful practices are building a modern front office that blends strong human skills with smart technology, efficient software, and remote support.

High-Tech. High-Touch. is a live course designed to help dentists, office managers, and front office teams understand what that modern system looks like and how to build it inside their own practice. Instead of focusing on one tool or one role, this course shows how people, technology, and workflows can work together to create a smoother patient experience and a more efficient team.

You’ll learn how outstanding communication and phone skills create trust and loyalty, how modern software can simplify front office workflows, and how remote team members can support in-office staff without losing the personal touch patients expect. The goal is to help practices move away from a chaotic, reactive front desk toward a more organized, scalable system that supports both the team and the patient experience.

By the end of the course, you’ll have a clearer picture of how to structure your front office for the future and what tools, processes, and partnerships can help you get there.
