About the Job

Archy is seeking a results-driven, high-energy Sales Development Manager to lead and grow our SDR team. This role is critical to building a world-class outbound motion and driving new business growth. As SDR Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, coaching, and mentoring a team of SDRs to achieve pipeline generation goals. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Sr. Leadership to refine messaging, align outbound strategies, and ensure a seamless handoff to Account Executives.

You’ll utilize HubSpot CRM and other sales productivity tools to monitor performance, improve workflows, and drive efficient prospecting. As a player-coach, you’ll forecast pipeline contribution, drive team accountability, and celebrate wins while always looking for ways to uplevel performance.

Job responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Hire, onboard, and ramp new SDRs to hit productivity milestones quickly
  • Coach, train, and mentor SDRs through 1:1s, call reviews, and performance plans
  • Set and manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for outreach and pipeline creation
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to align on ICP, messaging, lead routing, and feedback loops
  • Own team pipeline targets and contribute to new business growth
  • Forecast team performance and identify areas for improvement and opportunity
  • Leverage HubSpot CRM, sales enablement, and engagement tools to track activity and improve workflows
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
  • Create and maintain SDR playbooks, training documentation, and process best practices

Job requirements

Requirements

  • 6+ months in a management or team lead role within an SDR or BDR team
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline goals and quotas
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft)
  • Strong leadership and people development skills with a passion for coaching
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible — able to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions
  • High energy and a positive attitude — passionate about motivating and empowering those around you

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
  • Familiarity with modern go-to-market stacks and outbound sales strategies
