Archy is seeking a results-driven, high-energy Sales Development Manager to lead and grow our SDR team. This role is critical to building a world-class outbound motion and driving new business growth. As SDR Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, coaching, and mentoring a team of SDRs to achieve pipeline generation goals. Youâll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Sr. Leadership to refine messaging, align outbound strategies, and ensure a seamless handoff to Account Executives.
Youâll utilize HubSpot CRM and other sales productivity tools to monitor performance, improve workflows, and drive efficient prospecting. As a player-coach, youâll forecast pipeline contribution, drive team accountability, and celebrate wins while always looking for ways to uplevel performance.
