We're looking for a Head of Marketing who gets it. Someone who understands that the best marketing doesn't feel like marketing. You'll be the architect of campaigns that people actually want to talk about, the strategist behind our next viral moment, and the data wizard who knows exactly why it worked.

Job responsibilities

What You'll Do

Lead Unconventional Campaigns

  • Dream up and execute marketing campaigns that make people stop scrolling
  • Push boundaries while staying authentic to our brand
  • Turn crazy ideas into measurable results
  • Own our brand voice and make sure it's heard everywhere

Master Social & Digital

  • Build and execute social media strategies that drive real engagement, not just vanity metrics
  • Run performance marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and emerging platforms
  • Own our public website—strategy, content, conversion optimization, and user experience
  • Create content strategies that resonate with our audience and reflect our personality
  • Stay ahead of trends and platform changes (and know which ones actually matter)

Own Events & Experiences

  • Design and execute events that people remember long after they're over
  • Think beyond booths and swag—create experiences that embody our brand
  • Build community through IRL moments

Live in the Data

  • Establish KPIs and track them obsessively
  • Turn data insights into actionable strategies
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems that tell the real story
  • Run experiments, measure results, and optimize relentlessly
  • Understand attribution and prove marketing's impact on revenue

Build & Lead

  • Manage and empower our small but very talented marketing team
  • Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and accountability
  • Collaborate across product, sales, and customer success
  • Manage agency partners and external vendors
  • Own the marketing budget and allocate resources strategically

Job requirements

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of creating unconventional campaigns that delivered results
  • Deep expertise in social media marketing, content strategy, and community building
  • Strong performance marketing background (paid social, search, programmatic)
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)
  • Experience planning and executing events and experiential marketing
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills
  • Startup or high-growth company experience preferred
