Job description

Smile! Those teeth you are showing deserve the best care you can give them, yet the status quo of the software your dentist uses today is terrible.

Archy is a vertical SaaS solution that is revolutionizing the dental practice management space, giving dental providers cutting-edge software that allows them to do what they do best (be dentists!) while we handle the more technical sides of running their practice business.

Job responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, marketing, data, sales and design to lead the most critical priority for Archy - onboarding new customers. After signing up with Archy, new customers go through a complex, technical data conversion of medical records from their previous software.

You will design and build the ideal user experience for onboarding customers, taking input from customer feedback, data analysis and internal stakeholers. This role will also heavily collaborate with engineering to make the technical conversion of these medical records simpler to execute.

You will own the vision & execution of multiple key components of Archy which will include:

  • Design the ideal customer experience when onboarding to Archy - the business’ top priority
  • Identify and build all new features required to simplify the process to get started with Archy
  • Implement robust data & metrics tracking
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing to create a multi-channel touch points to build the ideal customer experience
  • Engaging with engineering to support technical efforts to complete complex data transformations from older software

At Archy, product managers need to be highly flexible, technically-minded and will adjust to whatever is needed to deliver great products to our customers. As a PM, you’ll help set the product vision and roadmap, collaborate with design and engineering to build the right product, and work with sales and operations to get our products into the hands of our customers. You’ll work with your engineering and design counterparts to effectively communicate the direction and status of your product area to the rest of the company.
