This role will specifically own the vision & execution of multiple key components of Archy's product - allowing practices to manage the billing & payments of their practice, including reporting & dashboards, detailed patient ledgers and enabling practices to collect payments from patients.

What we're looking for
As a PM, youâll help set the product vision and roadmap, collaborate with design and engineering to build the right product, and work with sales and operations to get our products into the hands of our customers. Youâll work with your engineering and design counterparts to effectively communicate the direction and status of your product area to the rest of the company.
This role will specifically own the vision & execution of multiple key components of Archy's product - allowing practices to manage the billing & payments of their practice. These areas include the following:
- Payments: All payment features and integrations that allow our customers to accept in person & online payments from patients and insurance companies. Oversee and manage the integration with our 3rd party payment processing partners.
- Billing & Accounting: All features related to tracking the accounting of individual patient's finances with the dental practice. This includes billing ledgers for individuals and families, features to record payments and understanding why a patient owes money to the practice.
- Dashboards & reporting: Robust financial and operational reports that all dental practices use to understand their finances, the health of their business and routine operations to run their practice. Dashboards and reporting include robust visualizations and customization to allow a practice to drill down into the numbers of their business.
At Archy, product managers need to be highly flexible, technically-minded, and willing to adapt to whatever is needed to deliver great products to our customers. As a PM, youâll help set the product vision and roadmap, collaborate with design and engineering to build the right solutions, and work with sales, support, and operations to ensure our products deliver maximum value to dental practices.
Job requirements
The skillset you will bring:
- 4+ years of product management experience at a fast-growing startup
- Proven track record of successfully shipping 0-to-1 products with measurable impact
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
- Strong customer-first mindset, with a talent for translating customer problems into the right product solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of ownership, adaptability, and a bias toward action
- Deep curiosity and understanding of your customers and products
Nice to have:
- Experience in the healthcare or dental industry
- Experience with payment processing integrations
- Experience building fintech or accounting products
- Experience implementing AI features into software workflows
