We're looking for a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on Revenue Operations Manager to own our GTM systems, processes, and insights. This role will be central to optimizing our sales operations, ensuring alignment across teams, and driving predictable growth through effective systems management and analytics.

As our Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of our go-to-market engine, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to build scalable processes, maintain data integrity, and deliver actionable insights that drive revenue growth.

Job responsibilities

What You Will Do

  • Manage and deploy our CRM (HubSpot) — serve as the system owner, ensuring data accuracy, process optimization, and user adoption.
  • Leverage Salesforce experience (if applicable) to bring best practices and cross-platform understanding to our tech stack.
  • Lead the development of a deal desk to streamline pricing, approvals, and contract workflows.
  • Assist in compensation planning and quota allocation to align performance incentives with company goals.
  • Build and manage sales territories for Account Executives to optimize coverage and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights across the revenue organization.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to identify trends, forecast performance, and recommend operational improvements.
  • Act as an independent thinker and strategic partner to sales leadership, bringing structure and insights to complex challenges.
  • Own our GTM systems and data—ensuring accuracy, scalability, and integration across platforms.
  • Assist in operationalizing the sales pipeline and funnel to improve conversion rates, forecast accuracy, and visibility.
  • Assist in Customer Support by building and maintaining our customer escalation path and ticket monitoring system

Job requirements

Who You Are

  • 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM operations role.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (required); Salesforce familiarity is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization and reporting.
  • Proven ability to build scalable processes and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
