Enablement Manager
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Enablement Manager to design, build, and deliver world-class enablement programs for our sales organization. This role will be instrumental in empowering our Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and broader GTM teams with the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to succeed in a fast-growing SaaS environment within the dental industry.

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Enablement Manager to design, build, and deliver world-class enablement programs for our sales organization. This role will be instrumental in empowering our Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and broader GTM teams with the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to succeed in a fast-growing SaaS environment within the dental industry.
As our Enablement Manager, you'll be the catalyst for sales excellence, partnering with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure our teams are equipped to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Job responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Design, build, and manage our new AE and SDR sales bootcamp, ensuring new hires ramp quickly and effectively.
- Create sales certifications to validate and recognize knowledge mastery across product, process, and selling skills.
- Build and maintain our LMS (Learning Management System) to organize and deliver scalable learning programs.
- Deliver continuing education programs to the GTM organization, reinforcing best practices and continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing one-on-one coaching to sales team members to strengthen skills, increase productivity, and drive performance.
- Present and facilitate training content in group settings, effectively educating team members on our product, process, and the dental industry.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure enablement programs align with GTM goals.
- Measure and report on enablement effectiveness through key performance metrics and feedback loops.
Job requirements
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Learning & Development within a SaaS organization.
- Proven expertise in adult learning principles, curriculum design, and training delivery.
- Strong track record of building and leading successful enablement programs for sales teams.
- Experience managing and scaling LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills—comfortable engaging both large audiences and individuals.
- A proactive, collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving GTM environment.
- Knowledge of or experience in the dental industry is a plus.
