There are 200,000+ dentists in the United States alone, running complex businesses on software that feels stuck in the 1990s with on-prem servers. As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will be an early, key hire helping us turn this massive market into Archy fans and measurable revenue.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who understands that the best performance marketing does not feel like advertising. At Archy, we build modern software that lets dental practices focus on patient care instead of wrestling with clunky, outdated tools. Full funnel, data driven growth is one of the most important ways we meet customers where they are, earn their trust, and show them what better can feel like.

You will own the strategy and execution of our paid and performance marketing engine, with a primary focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads, plus a constant stream of experiments across channels like LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and programmatic. You will turn budget into predictable, efficient pipeline and revenue across clear targets.

You will work closely with marketing, sales, RevOps, and leadership to turn demand generation into a repeatable growth engine for pipeline, brand, and community. Your campaigns will help shape the future of dental.

Job responsibilities

What you will do

  • Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta Ads and Google Ads, including account structure, targeting, bidding, creative, and landing page optimization to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Design, launch, and optimize full funnel campaigns that create awareness, generate high intent leads, convert to MQLs and SQLs, and ultimately drive closed won revenue for the sales team.
  • Test and expand into new channels and formats, including LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, and programmatic platforms, to uncover incremental and breakout growth opportunities.
  • Build and manage an experimentation roadmap, running structured A/B tests across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and landing pages, and scaling winners quickly while shutting down what does not work.
  • Partner closely with Sales, SDRs, and RevOps to understand lead quality in detail, including MQL to SQL conversion, opportunity creation, win rates, and deal size, and feed those insights directly back into targeting and campaign strategy.
  • Own or heavily influence performance promotion for webinars, content, product launches, and other key marketing programs so they consistently hit goals for registrations, attendance, and pipeline created.
  • Lead or co-lead viral growth and stunt style campaigns that can generate outsized awareness, conversation, and brand love within the dental community, tying them back to measurable business outcomes.
  • Track and manage channel budgets, continuously optimizing CAC, and recommend where to reallocate spend based on performance, seasonality, and business priorities.
  • Present performance, insights, and clear recommendations regularly to marketing leadership, sales leadership, and the CEO, turning complex data into simple stories and decisions.
  • Constantly bring fresh, unconventional ideas that keep Archy growth programs from looking like another generic B2B SaaS ad sequence.

Job requirements

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, with a strong focus on paid media and measurable revenue impact.
  • Significant, hands on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads in-house, not only through agencies, including building campaigns, optimizing in platform, and owning results.
  • Experience experimenting with at least a few additional channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, or programmatic, with a clear point of view on when and why to use each.
  • A strong track record of improving key funnel metrics such as click through rate, landing page conversion rate, cost per lead, MQL to SQL conversion rate, and pipeline or revenue generated.
  • Comfort with marketing analytics tools, spreadsheets, CRM, and attribution tools, and a genuine love for dashboards, cohort views, and digging into the data behind performance.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools like HubSpot, and an understanding of how to connect campaign data to leads, opportunities, and revenue.
  • Excellent written communication skills, especially for ad copy, value propositions, and clear landing page or creative briefs that help teams produce sharp, high converting assets.
  • A testing mindset that is always looking for new angles, audiences, offers, and creative approaches to earn attention and give prospects a reason to care.
  • Comfort owning meaningful budgets and making tradeoffs based on data, experiments, and business impact, with a bias toward action and learning.
