Job description

About Archy Dental, Inc.

Archy is a vertical SaaS solution that is revolutionizing the dental practice management space, giving dental providers cutting edge software that allows them to do what they do best (be dentists!) while we handle the more technical sides of running their practice business.

Description

Hop on a rocket ship. Archy just raised its Series B and we are going after one of the biggest, most overlooked segments in healthcare: dental practices. There are 200,000+ dentists in the United States alone, running complex businesses on software that feels stuck in the 1990s with on-prem servers. As our Events Marketing Manager, you will be an early, key hire helping us turn this massive market into Archy fans.

Job description

We are looking for an Events Marketing Manager who understands that the best events do not feel like marketing. At Archy, we build modern software that lets dental practices focus on patient care instead of wrestling with clunky, outdated tools. Events are one of the important ways we meet customers where they are, earn their trust, and show them what better can feel like.

You will own the end to end logistics, operations, and execution of our events program, from a calendar of roughly 25 external conferences and trade shows each year to the Archy hosted experiences we plan from scratch. Think small community gatherings, intimate customer dinners, creative stunts on the exhibit floor, and fun events that a dentist or office manager would actually look forward to.

You will work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to turn events into a repeatable growth engine for pipeline, brand, and community. Your events will help shape the future of dental.

Job responsibilities

What you will do

  • Own the planning, logistics, and execution for a conference calendar of roughly 25 external events per year, including industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events.
  • Lead Archy hosted events from idea to execution, including community meetups, prospect dinners, creative stunts, and experiences that make dentists think, “wait, this is actually awesome.”
  • Build detailed project plans, timelines, and run of show documents for every event so nothing is left to the last minute.
  • Coordinate across marketing, sales, and leadership to align on event goals, messaging, staffing, target attendee lists, and follow up plans.
  • Manage external vendors and partners for booths, signage, experiential builds, print, swag, shipping, and on site support.
  • Own event operations end to end, from contracts and forms to orders, shipping, and on site logistics, keeping everything organized with plenty of buffer.
  • Work with sales leadership and SDRs to design pre-event outreach, onsite meeting schedules, and post event sales plays that turn conversations into qualified pipeline.
  • Track event budgets, invoices, and basic performance metrics so we know what is working and where to invest next.
  • Travel regularly to be on site for key events, acting as the operational lead and calm center of the chaos when the doors open.
  • Constantly bring fresh, unconventional ideas that keep Archy events from becoming another generic booth with pens and stress balls.

Job requirements

What you bring

  • 4–6 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing
  • Proven track record running in person events end to end, from planning and vendor management to onsite execution and post event follow up.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a genuine love for timelines, checklists, and clear ownership.
  • A reputation for being incredibly organized, detail obsessed, and early on deadlines rather than fueled by last minute chaos.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with sales, marketing, executives, customers, and external partners.
  • Comfortable partnering with account executives and SDRs to prioritize target accounts, build outreach plans, and connect events directly to pipeline.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools like HubSpot
  • Creativity and taste, with a point of view on what makes an experience feel thoughtful, on brand, and different from typical events.
  • Comfortable in a startup or high growth environment where things move quickly and you help build the playbook, not just follow one.
  • Based in the United States with the ability to travel domestically for events and authorized to work in the US.

What success looks like in your first 12 months

  • Our annual calendar of roughly 25 external events runs smoothly, with clear plans, no missed deadlines, and confident on site execution.
  • Build an events motion where Archy hosted experiences have a distinct, instantly recognizable flavor in the market, and attendees consistently describe them as the most fun and most valuable part of the conference.
  • Every event has clear goals and simple dashboards so we can see how each one contributes to pipeline, revenue, or customer happiness.
  • Sales sees events as a trusted pipeline channel, with tight collaboration on target lists, meeting schedules, and follow up plays.
  • We have a repeatable playbook for our top event formats, plus experiments in motion that keep pushing what events at a Archy can look like.
