1. Eligibility
This exclusive promotional offer is open only to dental practices not currently under a contract with Archy or who have not completed a demo within the last twelve (12) months. The individual completing the demo must be an owner or decision-maker of the practice. Only one (1) entry per Practice is permitted. Employees of Archy and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Promotion Period
‍The promotion begins on November 1, 2025 and ends on November 30, 2025 or when the first twenty (20) qualifying demos have been completed, whichever occurs first (the "Promotion Period"). All qualifying demos must be scheduled and completed within the Promotion Period.

3. Offer Details and Fulfillment
- The offer is a gift of one (1) Solo Stove (the specific model, value, and color will be determined solely by Archy, and will be a model valued at or above $200 USD).
- The offer is strictly limited to the first twenty (20) Practices that successfully book and complete a personalized, 30-minute or longer demonstration of Archy’s Dental Practice Management Software with an Archy representative during the Promotion Period.
- The gift will be shipped to the eligible Practice's physical business address within two (2) weeks following the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
- The gift is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or eligible for substitution, except at Archy's sole discretion if the advertised item is unavailable.

4. General Conditions
‍By accepting the gift, the recipient agrees to release and hold harmless Archy, its owners, officers, and employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the offer and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Archy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion, or disqualify any Practice, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Archy’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the offer, as determined by Archy in its sole discretion.

5. Privacy
‍Information submitted with a demo request is subject to Archy’s Privacy Policy. By requesting a demo, you agree that Archy may contact you regarding this offer and future promotional or informational materials.
